About Us

United Evangelistic Consulting Association [UECA] was incorporated with the Illinois Secretary of State on October 4, 1979, and received recognized as exempt under section 501© (3) of the Internal Revenue Code in a determination letter issued in July 1983 exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes defined in Chapter 32, Paragraph 163a, IL Rev Stat & IRS Code 501c3 Code.

Mission

United Evangelistic Consulting Association exists to transform individuals from at-risk populations (Undereducated, Underserved, and Underrepresented Racial/Ethnic); to rise to their highest initiative-taking behaviors and potentials through quality counseling and training that is accessible, flexible, and enriching to their personal and occupational aspirations.

Vision

UECA commitment is to community and asset-based community development, building on the skills of local residents, uplifting the power of local associations, and the supportive functions of local institutions to draw upon existing community strengths to build stronger, more sustainable communities for the residents served. Our organization is a programmatic hub that achieves great success in servicing our target market of low-income minority families.
