$175 deposit is required to reserve the space. The deposit will be returned upon passing the final inspection after the event to be sure the property remained damage-free and clean. Additional payments will be required if damage or uncleanliness is identified.
*Age restrictions: You must be 21+ years old to rent any space. Deposit requirements for the age group of 21 to 25 years old are $200 or more depending on the type of event being held.
