Our staff consist of Certified ServSafe® Instructors and Registered ServSafe® Proctors. We are experienced professionals from various segments of the foodservice industry and offer students training from experts in food safety education. The National Restaurant Association makes sure that we have the most current and relevant materials plus the tools to train you and/or your staff team members.
Learn about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation. Earn nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association.
We offer three types of training:
1) On-Site Training (Come into a local office to attend a training & testing.)
2) Virtual Training (Step #1 - Attend a virtual online classroom training. This training is in Real-time so your professor is physically present in the classroom to address any/all questions. Step #2 - Be assigned to a nearby location or testing center to be tested. Optional:
Online Proctored Exam at home. Additional fees apply.)
3) 100% Online Training (Take an online course & online proctored exam
To use the online proctoring service you must have access to a computer (PC or Mac). Mobile and tablets are not supported.
You must have a working webcam/mic and a private location. Click here to do a basic system test.
